This drusy Celestine specimen from Afghanistan, produced only a few years ago, is exceptionally rare on today’s market. Unlike the pale blue celestine crystals commonly seen from Madagascar, Afghan specimens are distinguished by their sharp crystal definition and deep, saturated blue coloration, reminiscent of the sky as the sun slowly sets and daylight fades into night.

The crystals are often associated with bright yellow calcite, creating a striking yet balanced contrast that enhances depth and visual presence. Distinctive in character and limited in availability, this is a highly collectible celestine specimen rarely encountered in the mineral market.
