Product Inspection Period
Except for overseas special-purchase items, which are not eligible for the 7-day inspection period, customers are entitled to a 7-day product inspection period starting from the day the product is delivered (including weekends and holidays).
If you wish to request a return, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, and must not show any signs of damage, stains, malfunction, or wear caused by human factors.

The 7-day inspection period is not a trial period. It is intended for you to confirm whether the product meets your expectations.

If the product listing or customer service has indicated that original packaging must be retained, please keep all packaging complete and intact, including the outer shipping box. Returns cannot be accepted if packaging is incomplete.

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged during transit.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Refund Information
Refunds include only the price of the returned item(s) and do not include original shipping fees or other handling charges.
The shipping fee for returning the product will be covered by The Brothers' Stones Minerals.
If the original order included a free gift and—after deducting the returned item(s)—the remaining total no longer meets the required threshold,
the free gift must be returned in brand-new condition.
If not returned, the original price of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Method

Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued directly to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.
