Locality: Jos Plateau, Plateau State, Nigeria
Dimensions: 27*14*19mm/13.1g
This topaz specimen has been naturally worn smooth through prolonged tumbling and abrasion in river water, its once-sharp crystal edges softened into a rounded, pebble-like form with a texture reminiscent of polished jade. The overall tone is a soft grey-white, with a translucent interior and small iron-oxide inclusions marking the surface — quiet traces of the long journey this crystal took through water transport and repeated erosion.
Compared to specimens with intact crystal faces, this water-worn form carries a rustic, tactile beauty that's especially appealing to collectors who love the raw, natural character of a stone.
